Gni dem inn i sitronpepper. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ha flytende margarin og soyasaus i en stekepanne og varm pannen til middels varme. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stek fisken cirka 2 minutter p\u00e5 hver side. Fisken skal v\u00e6re litt r\u00e5 i midten. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trekk pannen av platen, legg to limeskiver p\u00e5 hvert fiskestykke og la fisken hvile i 2\u20133 minutter f\u00f8r den serveres.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Korianderpesto<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Del chilien p\u00e5 langs og ta ut fr\u00f8ene. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rist cashewn\u00f8ttene i en t\u00f8rr stekepanne, til de er s\u00e5 vidt gylne. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avkj\u00f8l n\u00f8ttene p\u00e5 en tallerken og ha dem i en foodprocessor eller blender sammen med koriander, hvitl\u00f8k og chili.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mos til en grov masse og tilsett olje, limesaft og hvit balsamicoeddik.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mangosalat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Skrell og del mangoene i terninger. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Del chilien p\u00e5 langs, ta ut fr\u00f8ene og finhakk resten. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finhakk koriander. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bland dette sammen i en bolle, og press over limesaft.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-light-background-color has-background\"><strong>TIPS<\/strong>: Korianderpestoen kan lagres i glass i kj\u00f8leskap i inntil en uke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avkj\u00f8l p\u00e5 benken.
